DCRR 10K Program: Day One!

(What a good-looking group of people!) (Click to enlarge.)

A beautiful day to start the new 10K program! Temps at 8 a.m.: 25° F, with a RealFeel of 14°F. It was a bit nippy!

(First things first: take the gloves off your frozen hands and fill out these forms in triplicate!)

(Coach Peter gives a peppy pep talk!)

(Participants raring to go. It's cold out here!))

Don't forget to check the forum thingy for all the latest info.

Happy running.

Great pix! It looks like a cold but hardy group. Running with friends in the nation's capital is always a joy. Thanks to Jeanne for all her volunteer help with set-up and sign-up and to the volunteer coaches Arnetta, Gary, Kristin and Rhea.
